Opportunity to say to all our forces all over the world, you make us incredibly proud, this year perhaps prouder than ever extraordinary work in Afghanistan, the amazing things you do off the Horn of Africa, to keep us safe from terrorism and piracy, for the extraordinary things you did at the Olympics where the our military really are the best of the bestSir Peter Wall (Head of the British Army interview SOT It's very much consistent with the military plan to finish our combat operations here in Afhasnistan by the end of 2014 having handed over successfully to Afghan security forces / Will have to see how things play out but our intention to continue our handover to Afghan security forces, they are initiating 80 percent of operations in Helmand at the moment, we've every reason to be believe they will continue on that track / I think the timetable is set/ Our soldiers have put a lot of time into training After 2014 our efforts will change to running an Afghan officer training academy in Kabul / Medical supports, surveiilance assets and helicopters to make sure they can bed into role / Partnership and the trust between thier soldiers and our soldiers is very important
