This casting operation adopts the domestic leading new mobile mold frame of four main beam structure, and adopts the beam building equipment such as integrated full enveloping maintenance system, ultrasonic automatic leveling paver, intelligent tensioning and grouting equipment. The construction volume is 508 square meters, lasting for about 12 hours, and the total weight of the beam body is about 1300 tons. Chaohu-Ma'anshan Intercity Railway is of great significance to the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt
