An employee of the Sydney's Taronga Zoo
Sydney, AUSTRALIA: An employee of the Sydney's Taronga Zoo interacts with 'Munroe', a male Fiordland crested penguin (Eudyptes pachyrhynchus) which was discovered washed up on a beach near Sydney, as the animal recovers at the zoo, 10 January 2007. 'Munroe' will be introduced to 'Chalky' and 'Milford', two very rare Fiordland crested penguins and the only females of their kind in captivity anywhere in the world as part of Taronga's endangered species breeding programme.
