(Original Caption) Mexico City, Mexico: As Mexican President Reviews Militia. President Avila Camacho of Mexico is pictured as he arrived at the arena to review troops and speak to his people during the CTM Convention. Upon his arrival he was received by CTM Militia men holding wooden sticks instead of rifles. In his speech, Camacho stated that his Government will not try to modify the revolutionary tendency of former administrations but instead will do all in his power to unite the people.
