Donna McCullagh
TORONTO, ON - AUGUST 5 - Donna greets nurse Christine McCann who will be supervising her last chemo treatment ready. Donna McCullagh came up with the idea for the bravery bell in Princess Margaret's chemo ward when she was head nurse in the department a decade ago. She wanted to give chemo patients a way to celebrate the end of their treatments. She never imagined she would one day have an opportunity to ring it herself. We shadow her during her last chemo treatment and bell ringing celebration. August 5, 2015. Carlos Osorio/Toronto Star (Carlos Osorio/Toronto Star via Getty Images)
