Antti Hyvarinen in Action on His Skis
(Original Caption) Finland's Antti Hyvarinen is almost parallel with his skiis, as he leaps to victory to win the last Gold Medal of the Winter Olympics in the Special Ski Jumping Event at Cortina, on the final day of the competition. Hyvarinen won the Gold Medal with leaps of 266 and 276 feet. His teammate, Aulis Kallakorpi was second and Harry Glass of Germany was third.
