NOV 15 1977 Firefighters On The Job Firemen battle a fire that did heavy damage Monday to a cinder-block building at 3819 Inca St. The building houses the Howco Industries Inc., an industrial spray-painting company, according to Assistant Fire Chief Roxie Piro. The fire, caused by a faulty electric motor in a paint booth, also heavily damaged the building's contents, but all employees escaped unharmed. Fire-men had the blaze under control in 23 minutes.
