New York: Mrs. Carmen Otero Torresola, 22-year old widow of the Puerto Rican revolutionary who was killed in the Blair House assassination attempt on President Truman, is ushered into a federal van by deputy marshal Al Gibson, after being arraigned in New York. Mrs. Torresola was ordered held under $50,000 bail for a hearing, Nov. 9, on charges that she was one of the least six Puerto Rican revolutionaries who conspired to slay the president.
