TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY YANNICK PASQUET - Illustrator Heiko Sakurai and writer Miriam Hollstein pose with their book "Miss Tschoermaenie" on July 2, 2009 in Berlin. The book tells the story of German Chancellor Angela Merkel from cradle to chancellery and though the format is unusual -- a first for a chancellor in straight-laced Germany -- it sold out in four days. Its title, "Miss Tschoermaenie", mimics a heavy German-accented pronunciation of the English name for Germany. And its message is that Merkel made it through a combination of ruthlessness, hard work and plain luck.
