Jin Guilian lays in his hospital bed in San Tang town in Anhui province. Jin Guilian's brother changes his bedpan because he is too weak to move. Jin Guilian was born with Ventricular Septal Defect, a heart disease. At the moment Jin Guilian also suffers from a blood infection due to a smaller infection in his right arm that went untreated for too long. Jin Guilian?s diseases are curable, but the medical care doesn?t exist in San Tang town.
