Mary Cumming gave birth to a son who was adopted 30-something years ago and she found him last year. She's pushing for adult adoptees' right to their original birth certificate, attended a rally in Austin last month. Was local organizer of displaying Adoption Quilt at Texas capitol and still has the whole thing at her house in Clear Lake.
