U.S. Army task force "Dust Off" stands for "Dedicated Unhesitating Service To Our Fighting Forces", and their medevac crew fly to save not only the wounded American soldiers and coalition forces fighting in Afghanistan, but also the Afghan National Army (ANA), Afghan National Police (ANP) troops, and they help rescue and evacuate wounded Afghan locals in Helmand province.
