A picture shows the painting entitled "Une Fille de Pecheur" (A Fisherman's Daughter), by French Jules Breton, a 19th century Realist painter, on October 21, 2011 at La Chartreuse Douai museum, northern France. The work, which was seized in 1918 by German troops during the WWI from a museum in Douai, was sent to Belgium with other artworks but was not included when Belgian government returned the works to France in 1919. French officials told Interpol Washington in 2010 that "A Fisherman's Daughter", which current value is about 150.000 US Dollars, had been imported by a New York gallery.
