Juniper Valley Ranch is a popular restaurant along Highway 115 15 miles south of Colorado Springs. It is opening weekend for this family-run ranch and the restaurant's 68th season. Juniper Valley Ranch is a 4th generation family-owned restaurant that is known for "our legendary skillet fried chicken and simple, delicious dinners" as their website says. Everything on the menu is made from scratch using their grandmother's recipes since opening day in 1951. The restaurant is open from 1pm-7:30pm on Sunday. (Photo by Helen H.
