Crew Of Civil War Submarine Laid To Rest
UNDATED: This image, provided by Friends of the Hunley, shows a pocketwatch recovered from the wreckage of the Hunley. After sinking the USS Housatonic, the Hunley, and its' crew disappeared. The wreckage was discovered in 1995 and raised in 2000. An international team of scientists have been restoring the ship in an attempt to solve the mystery of the submarines disappearance.
