Madrid, SPAIN: Victims of Terrorism Asociation President Francisco Jose Alcaraz and tens of thousands of demonstrators march to protest Spanish government antiterrorism policies in Madrid, 25 February 2006. People denounced the government's alleged willingness to negotiate with the armed Basque separatist group, ETA, according to an AFP journalist at the scene.
