Accused Spy William Henry Taylor
William Henry Taylor, former Treasury official now employed by the International Monetary Fund, has been officially adjudged a loyalty risk, it was disclosed July 21st. Taylor is believed to be the only person still in public life who was named by Elizabeth Bentley as a member of the Harry Dexter White spy ring. An attorney for Taylor said he will fight the Loyalty Board's ruling in the courts.
