Studebaker, firm paymaster and sons of one of the five Studebaker Brothers who established the company, drives the first 1946 Studebaker Skyway Champion from the assembly line, as executives of the motor concern watch. Left to right they are: H.S. Vance, board chairman; R.E. Cole, vice president in charge of sales, and Paul G. Hoffman, president. Production was resumed after a labor dispute delayed work for 13 weeks in the factory of a major parts supplier.
