Moontail Bullseye Priacanthus hamrur occurs in tropical Indo-Pacific in small aggregations and sometimes in schools in oceanic locations in a depth range from 8-250m, max. length 45cm, common length 40cm. It is an uncommon species found in outer reef slopes and deep lagoon pinnacles. The species feeds on small fish, crustaceans, and other small invertebrates. A Cleaner Wrasse Labroides dimidiatus at the left. At German Channel, famous dive site of Palau, Micronesia, 7°7'5.47" N 134°16'15.589" E at 18m depth
