Álex de la Iglesia assures that sharing a profession with Carolina Bang makes their marriage more bearable: "I honestly believe that dedicating ourselves to the same thing and having the same things on a day-to-day basis and understanding each other solves many problems. We are involved in so many messes that our relationship in the end is much more bearable". Apart from the personal success in his marriage, he is happy with how his professional career has evolved: "Let's see, I've been doing this for forty years, so I certainly have a certain vision, I don't know if my vision is good or bad, but I do have some". He is grateful for having shared work with Hugo Silva and Dafne Fernández: "A lot of wonderful people, I am lucky to have Hugo. Hugo is the best actor in the world, he is a delicious person. Dafne is wonderful, Gorka, everyone we have. The two Gorkas, all the ones we have are a delight. The truth is that I am very happy with the result".
