KTVI- Aerial- Ferguson Protesters Shutdown Highway, Protesters Arrested near Ferguson on August 10, 2015. Protesters shut down I-70 in both directions for a half hour during evening rush hour. Traffic came to a stand still between 141 and the Blanchette bridge. The act of civil disobedience was part of the anniversary weekend of the shooting of Michael Brown. 63 people were placed under arrest.
