Diver Encounters Adorable Baby Port Jackson Shark
An Australian diver encountered the 'cutest shark ever' when she spotted a tiny Port Jackson shark on a November dive, footage here shows. Jules Casey, who frequently publishes underwater footage to her https://www.instagram.com/onebreathdiver/ OneBreathDiver account , said that she spotted the shark on a dive on November 16. She said the shark was about 'a week or two old' and 'had a small amount of damage to the side of its head.' She said: 'It appeared to be swimming fine, so hopefully it will heal well. I really didn't want to leave so I spent about 30 minutes watching mainly from the surface.' 'A chance to swim with a tiny Port Jackson Shark, this surely must be on everyone's wish list … it was on mine,' she said. The bottom-dwelling species is native to Australia and harmless to humans.
