An Australian marine biologist had what she described as a "once in a lifetime" experience when she happened upon "thousands" of baby seahorses while diving in Blairgowrie, Victoria, on November 18. Footage by Sheree Marris shows her encounter "a thick wall" of seahorse babies not far below the ocean's surface. Marris noted that seahorses are one of the few species where the father carries the babies, writing, "A BUNCH OF BLOKES GIVE BIRTH AT THE SAME TIME. THE RESULTS ARE PHENOMENAL."
