Arts Minister Julia Lopez unveils artist Lubaina Himid CBE as the recipient of the Robson Orr TenTen Award for her print commission Old Boat, New Weather, at 11 Downing Street.Ms Himid said the screen print, which is composed of 19 layers of individual colours and pictures, marks an attempt to "hold back time" and undo the horrors of slavery.
