CEATEC JAPAN 2014 Features Unique Robots
CHIBA, JAPAN - OCT. 7: Asia's largest electronics and information technology trade show opened in Chiba Prefecture, east of Tokyo, with over 500 domestic and foreign exhibitors showcasing advanced technologies on Tuesday, October 7. The TE Saurus, a robot dinosaur measuring 6.5-meter long and 2.1-meter tall was first exhibited in the 2010 CEATEC JAPAN by Tyco Electronics Japan. The robot has been added innovations since and now it can speak, walk and even dance. The electronic dinosaur can be remote controlled either by a smartphone via Wi-Fi or internet. The robot starts to walk if you touch an icon on the smartphone screen, and moves his hand or leg up and down. It even shakes head and balks when you just wave the smartphone.
