Food Fight! Bat and Possum Have 'Standoff' Over Feed Bucket

A backyard in Rochedale South, Queensland, became the setting for a "standoff" between a bat and a possum vying for food. Wade recorded the animals as they sized each other up over the feed bucket. "Bit of a Mexican standoff here," Wade laughs in the video. "We have on one side of the ring, a brushtail possum, and on the other side, we have a grey-headed flying fox." As the footage shows, eventually some screeching from the bat scares its rival away.
