A bear was filmed climbing into a comically small apple tree and enjoying an afternoon snack in a Bristol, Connecticut, yard on July 19. Video filmed by Nicole Barkley shows a black bear eating apples from a small tree while resting between two branches a few feet from the ground. "I knew this day was coming. When they would come for the apples," Barkley is overheard joking. "I just didn't think they would come so soon. They've got to wait for them to ripen!" she added.
