BRUSSELS, BELGIUM - JULY 21: Belgium on Thursday, July 21, has celebrated the National Day, which commemorates the day on which Leopold I took the constitutional oath as the first King of Belgium, on July 21st 1831.Footage from the capital Brussels shows the official celebration outside the Royal Palace.
