'There's a Bear in the Cabin': Family Waits for Help as Unwanted Visitor Joins Vacation
A black bear invited itself into a family's vacation cabin in Tennessee's Great Smoky Mountains recently and raided their leftovers as they were watching TV. Ashley Mynster told Storyful that she was settling down to watch TV at their cabin in Pigeon Forge with her family when she heard breathing behind her and thought a 'big old dog' must have made its way inside. Mynster recorded the bear as it poked around downstairs, and she and her family stayed safe on the second floor. 'Rangers are on their way,' Mynster says in the footage. 'Hopefully they'll be here soon.'
