Rafael Amargo's lawyer speaks about the appeal filed by the Prosecutor's Office

Cándido Conde-Pumpido, Rafael Amargo's lawyer, makes it clear that the Prosecutor's Office has not informed him of any type of appeal: “There is no type of answer or official letter to which we have been able to access. Today we have gone to the examining court No. 48 to have proof of whether it had been appealed in time, it had not been done and there has not been any type of possibility, nor have we been confirmed or allowed to have access to the performances despite being correctly represented ”.
