Out-of-Control Car Spins Down Icy Road in Connecticut
A car spun out of control on an icy roadway in Bristol, Connecticut, on Wednesday, January 5, amid a winter weather advisory for https://twitter.com/NWSBoston/status/1478507644763586562 freezing rain in the area. Brian Grom's home security footage shows the car sliding and turning before hitting another parked vehicle. Grom told Storyful no one was injured in the accident. The National Weather Service (NWS) https://twitter.com/NWSBoston/status/1478810219450830848/photo/1 issued a winter storm watch for Thursday night into Friday for parts of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
