Category 4 Hurricane Fiona brought strong winds and dangerous surf as it approached Bermuda on Thursday, September 22. It is expected to brush near the islands throughout Friday. The U.S. National Hurricane Center issued a hurricane warning and warned about rising water levels, possible power cuts, and heavy rainfall.
