Mia Sara Remembers Working on 'Legend'

A completely different type of film. Whereas that was a true fairy tale fantasy and Ferris Bueller is a modern day fantasy. Legend is a special effects very visual film and it can be difficult for an actor to be in the middle of all those special effects so it was a lot more physically gruelling to do. But being my first film it was an incredibly eight months of shooting. I can't even compare it. I feel like when you come onto a new film it's almost like learning a whole new system, a whole way of approaching your profession. We really do. And you take with you everything you've learned each time and have to reapply it.
