FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA - MAY 4: 15:09:08 could you describe for the jury the evolution of your relationship after that time with johnny? idk how long it was until things got bad again. he did start drinking again. i remember it was almost - he started drinking again, disappearing thing. he'd come back to my house, and it would be unclear to me, you know drunk, often really drunk, and kinda accusing me, not directly, what i was wearing, who i was with. i didn't text him back right away in orange, he would show up to catch me, and by the time we were done talking, i would have thought i convinced him i loved him and he would go back to sick romantic love, like kind, sweet velvety love, then it would be "why did u say it that way," if i had to leave for an audition, when i came back he was angry, and i wouldn't know why, first it was indirect then became direct. then punching the walls next to my head back in 2012 when he was drinking. eventually it became him accusing me of cheating. i'd say you're wrong, and they would escalate to point he'd push me, this happened several times. when i'd get back up i'd look him in the eye, is my way of defending myself at that time. i'd look at him and he'd ask me if i wanted to go again and shove me back down and eventually just hit me. he hit me in the face when i denied having an affair with my ex partner. he said he had proof anf slapped me across the face. and i said johnny u just hit me. 15:12:35 (Footage by Law&Crime via Getty Images)
