A crowd comprised of many children waves as Queen Elizabeth II approaches a curb to wait for her car as police escorts pass. With the arrival of the official car (seemingly a Rolls Royce or Bentley), which flies the Royal Standard banner of arms, the Queen turns to the gathered onlookers and jokes using a rose that she is carrying.
