Czechoslovakia - Circa 1968: Footage shows the overnight Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia, Aug 20–21, 1968: Antonov transports landing at Ruzyne, tanks pouring into Prague, emergency radio bulletins, and a Presidium meeting cut short. Paratroopers seize party HQ and arrest Dubcek, Smrkovsky, Krygl and others; armored vehicle 002 fires, causing the first deaths. Confused troops trade fire as crowds chant Dubcek, Svoboda.
