A Delta airlines employee brought Christmas cheer to a boarding gate at Los Angeles International Airport, singing the holiday classic Let It Snow, footage posted on December 11 showed. Benjamin Lares, who filmed the footage, told Storyful that he had to share the song to highlight the employees' commitment to exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience. "Just a great reminder of taking care of the customer and going above and beyond!" he wrote.
