Coppola's 'Megalopolis' screened at 77th Cannes Film Festival

CANNES, FRANCE - MAY 16, 2024: Director Francis Ford Coppola's 'Megalopolis' was premiered at 2024 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday, May 16.Adam Driver, Nathalie Emmanuel, Shia Labeouf, Jason Schwartzman, and Giancarlo Esposito attended the screening of 'Megalopolis' during the 77th annual Cannes film festival at Palais des Festivals.Megalopolis is a Roman Epic fable set in an imagined Modern America. The City of New Rome must change, causing conflict between Cesar Catilina, a genius artist who seeks to leap into a utopian, idealistic future, and his opposition, Mayor Franklyn Cicero, who remains committed to a regressive status quo, perpetuating greed, special interests, and partisan warfare.
