Dove-shaped balloons were released today to commemorate the victims of the March 11 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Disaster. Today marks the 10th year since the tragedy. Hundreds gathered in the Yuriage district in Natori, Miyagi Prefecture to honor the more than 700 in the district who perished in the tsunami following the magnitude 9 quake.
