Dr. William Petit speaks to the press after a jury has condemned to death Joshua Komisarjevsky, the man he believes led the attack on his home that killed his wife and two daughters. Doctor Petit is the sole survivor of the attack, his wife and two kids were all murdered on July 23rd 2007. On December 9, 2011 the jury recommended the death penalty for Komisarjevsky. After the sentencing Dr. Petit spoke to the press. In this clip Dr. Petit says: "There was a number of people on that jury who really weren't really sure where they stood on the death penalty but after they looked at the facts of the case they could only see their way to find one appropriate punishment that was served… justice."
