Senator Nelson floor remarks as Stoneman High School resumes class
Florida Senator Bill Nelson says that having spent time with families of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting victims, parents could only imagine the grief and anger of those after other massacres, that having spent time with courageous students turning the tragedy to call for action, their hope gave him hope and their determination gave him more determination for preventing more incidents, not stopping and neither would he because what happened there should not have happened at Columbine, at Newtown, in Orlando, the Fort Lauderdale airport or Parkland.
