VOICED: For the people living in the border areas of North Korea, yesterday's extravagant military celebrations in the capital Pyongyang are in contrast with the dour reality of life in the communist state. But even in South Korea, life on the border is tense, with guns pointed firmly northwards. Sky News Katie Stallard has been to the border village of Hoengsan-ri in South Korea and sent us this report.
