Michael Johnson says he 'needed to be at his best to recover from stroke
Four-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Johnson has said that without his sporting background he would not have been able to recover from a stroke that he suffered 18 months ago. Johnson, who was left unable to walk after the stroke, he 'needed to be at his best' everyday in order to re-gain the quality of life that had previously experienced.
