ISTANBUL, TURKEY - DECEMBER 15: Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO Phan Thi Kim Phuc and Turkish musician Zulfu Livaneli lay flowers on the Martyrs Hill, where the Istanbul terror attack took place, in the Besiktas district of Istanbul, Turkey on December 15, 2016. Kim Phuc wept for terror victims during her visit. . At least 44 people including mostly police officers, were martyred and at least 155 people were injured in two separate bomb attacks in the Besiktas district of Istanbul, Turkey on 10th of December 2016.
