Footage pointed at the flooded ground, taken while walking though central Florida flatwoods with Saw palmetto growing back a few months after a controlled fire. Near the end of the clip, the camera pans up to reveal pine forest with charred trunks and a pine tree with its base wrapped in aluminum foil to prevent predators from reaching the Re-cockaded Woodpecker nest above. Footage shot with iPhone 6S Plus at Goethe state Forest in central Florida.
