Congresswoman Granger to opposes short term funding to stop uncontrolled federal spending
House Appropriations Ranking Member Kay Granger tells reporters at a news conference during the 2022 lame duck session that in two years, Democrats spent more than $3 trillion outside of normal process not to fund the nation's defense, so House Republicans would work toward a spending agreement that cuts wasteful spending, reduces inflation, and prioritizes border security and national defense, concluding she would oppose an omnibus appropriations to stop out of control spending.
