Housefly drops from black widow web - HD stock video
"Housefly, partially wrapped in silk, drops from web as black widow spider (Latrodectus hesperus) repositions herself. Black widows weave tangled webs which they use for prey capture. Females of this species have leg spans of approximately 4 cm and are distinguished by the bright red hourglass pattern on the underside of the abdomen. While probably the most feared spider, black widows are not aggressive and their bites are rarely fatal to humans."
