Illinois Congresswoman Mary Miller says on the House floor during a special orders discussion after passage of the Pregnant Students' Rights Act a day before the 2026 March for Life that that 53 years earlier the tragedy of Roe v Wade was decided resulting in 65 million innocent lives, and thankfully on June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court overturned Roe, with 17 states now protecting life from conception, though an equal number allow abortion through all nine months of pregnancy.
