In studio interview The Man Who Kept The Secrets Richard Helms and the CIA author Thomas Powers says if you put together the evidence we do have that President Kennedy twice discussed the assassination of Castro with people outside his government Senator George Smathers and journalist Tad Schultz in a framework of a man who was actively considering this and that is pretty strong evidence.
