Congressman Mrvan recognizes a 104-year-old veteran on the occasion of Black History Month marking a century of commemoration

Indiana Congressman Frank Mrvan says in House floor remarks that to recognize Black History Month in its 2026 theme a century of black history commemoration, they would like to honor retired Army Sergeant First Class Oscar Primm Jr, a 104 year old veteran from northwest Indiana whose service was an inspiration to all who enlisted in the United States Army in 1942 and served in World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War.
